This position is hybrid with hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Promote a fun and engaging work environment
- Create and implement a calendar of engagement activities
- Post content to social media
- Manage the employee engagement database
- Create and distribute the internal newsletter
- Oversee the employee recognition program
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
- Remain educated on workforce trends and market information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Social media savvy
- Strong file management and reporting skills
- Demonstrated success in employee engagement
