Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a client in High Point, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a strong administrative background. This position is full-time Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 PM.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
  • Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel by creating spreadsheets, input data and more.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in office management software and computer applications.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
