Direct hire, 100% onsite position. Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily administrative responsibilities of the office
- Serve as the positive and welcoming first impression
- Answer and distribute correspondence, including mail, phone calls, and email
- Assist managers with calendaring, documentation, and project timelines
- Oversee showroom, ensuring all flooring samples are organized and current
- Manage relationships with vendors and contracts, including contracts and onboarding
- Order supply materials and coordinate their delivery
- Collaborate with leadership on filing best practices
- Update internal databases (RFMS) with order details
- Run the full process of preparing invoices, and checks (ACH) run to pay trades and vendors every week
- Reconciles all checking accounts and prepare bank account summary
- Produce consolidated monthly financial statements
- Processes month-end journal and closing entries and produces general ledger reports
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience in the flooring industry
- Proficient with RFMS ERP
- In-depth knowledge of different flooring types
- Ability to work 100% onsite
Benefits & Compensation:
- $55,000 – $65,000, based on experience
