We are seeking a professional Assistant Branch Manager to join a growing team in Yorktown, VA. This is a full time, onsite, Permanent/Direct Hire opportunity for a financial services company! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a financial services setting and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

Manages the loan process including customer loan approvals

Assists in the development and growth of the branch, ensuring objectives and goals are met

Works hand in hand with the branch manager to maintain and build relationships with customers

Maintains a thorough knowledge of features of products and services the branch offers

Handles hiring, firing and disciplinary actions
Qualifications:

High School Diploma of GED required

2+ years of experience in a financial services setting

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent interpersonal skills
