Jackson Vaughan

As a Business Development Professional at FGP, Jackson partners with a wide array of local and regional businesses to provide thoughtful talent solutions. He thrives on understanding each company’s unique challenges and proposing solutions accordingly to suit their specific needs. His goal it to create lasting relationships with clients by building trust and leading with value. 

Prior to joining FGP, Jackson was serving as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for a national tech staffing company. As a 2x President’s Club winner, he was highly effective fulfilling contractor and permanent staffing needs for both enterprise accounts as well as small to midsized local companies. He started his career as a recruiter, which has been instrumental in helping him understand the unique challenges of an ever-evolving labor market.

Jackson graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from Georgia State University.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I love to play golf and to watch all sports. I love the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Hurricanes, and Clemson Tigers.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Spending time with my wife, Julie and our three kids, Marcy, Tyler, and Silas. I also love to try new restaurants and go to concerts/ listen to music. Some of my favorite bands are Phish, the Grateful Dead, Goose, and Billy Strings.

What is your personal life motto?

A scripture that has resonated deeply with me recently and has served as a life motto has been from Jesus’s teachings in the Sermon on the Mount, “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Matthew 6:34
