Direct hire opportunity with a custom homebuilder dedicated to creating homes that reflect the unique vision and lifestyle of their clients.  This position is 100% onsite in College Station.
 
This role is critical to ensuring our clients’ selections align with their design preferences and our construction standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in design or fine arts and at least two years of experience in the homebuilding or design industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the selections process, assisting them in choosing finishes, fixtures, and materials that align with their design vision and budget.
  • Collaborate with pre-construction teams to ensure selections are accurately documented and implemented.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive selections database, including product options, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Review construction plans and specifications to ensure consistency with client selections.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and resolving any issues related to selections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide expert guidance to clients.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in homebuilding, interior design, or selections coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of custom homebuilding processes, materials, and finishes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients through the design process.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • $50,000-60,000, based on experience
