Our client, a well-known national distributor of building products, is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative in Ashland, VA. This is a salaried, direct hire position with great benefits. 100% onsite.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve 30-50 outbound cold calls daily
  • Strengthen relationships with customer accounts 
  • Stay knowledgeable about market conditions and leverage information to make sales decisions 
  • Conduct sales quoting, order entry, and order processing 
  • Upsell and maximize sales packages for building products 
  • Engage daily with the sales team, strategizing on ways to increase sales 
  • Run weekly reports 
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales/cold calling experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Building products knowledge required
  • Proficient with CRM
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to pass a drivers check, drug screen, and background check based on company qualifications 
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $50,000 – $60,000
  • Quarterly bonus structure
