We are seeking an Operations Manager for an automotive lending company in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent/Direct Hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a contact center environment and will be comfortable leading and managing people.

Job Description:

  • Directly supervise 10+ employees
  • Exercise management authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, and terminations
  • Review and approve employee time sheets and requests for time off
  • Ensure individual goals are met on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
  • Conduct monthly coaching sessions with team members
  • Review, analyze and interpret reports to gauge team performance
  • Conduct team meetings and continuous training sessions with
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and communicate changes to team members as needed
  • Handle escalated calls and disputes
  • Set departmental goals and develop and maintain a daily employee work schedule
  • Run daily reports to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • Prior experience in a contact center
  • Experience in consumer lending is a plus
  • Strong management skills
  • Experienced in MS Office Suites
  • Time management and organizational skills

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm OR 11:30 am to 8 pm)
  • **Schedule will fluctuate with between these hours, meaning somedays through the week this person may work 8am to 5pm OR this person may work 11:30 am to 8 pm)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $55,000 – $75,000
