We are seeking an Operations Manager for an automotive lending company in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent/Direct Hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a contact center environment and will be comfortable leading and managing people.
Job Description:
- Directly supervise 10+ employees
- Exercise management authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, and terminations
- Review and approve employee time sheets and requests for time off
- Ensure individual goals are met on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with team members
- Review, analyze and interpret reports to gauge team performance
- Conduct team meetings and continuous training sessions with
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and communicate changes to team members as needed
- Handle escalated calls and disputes
- Set departmental goals and develop and maintain a daily employee work schedule
- Run daily reports to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Prior experience in a contact center
- Experience in consumer lending is a plus
- Strong management skills
- Experienced in MS Office Suites
- Time management and organizational skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm OR 11:30 am to 8 pm)
- **Schedule will fluctuate with between these hours, meaning somedays through the week this person may work 8am to 5pm OR this person may work 11:30 am to 8 pm)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 – $75,000
