OVERVIEW
This position involves 3 days in the office and 2 days in the local area meeting business clients. The 3 days in office will involve taking customer calls back to back, dispatching teams out to those customers’ locations, and managing the process as those teams complete their services for those customers. While in office this person will also warm call or cold call referrals from business clients, introducing themselves during their 2 days in the field to those clients and to other, already existing clients for the purpose of generating new business.
Service Management Duties
- Answering calls from customers with home damage who need mitigation or restoration services
- Dispatching restoration/mitigation teams to customer locations, keeping schedules and locations into account to avoid mistakes or delays
- Following up with customers consistently to ensure all communication is relayed from mitigation team, insurance companies, adjusters, or contractors
- Having an empathetic ear for the customer, as they may be going through a stressful situation that your team will help them resolve
- Reaching out to contractors, adjusters, and insurance companies to ensure project is continues moving forward at an appropriate pace
- Filling out paperwork, verifying cost or payment related issues, and assisting with claims for insurance when appropriate
Sales Management Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business growth through their referrals
- Conduct B2B warm or cold calling to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Commercial real estate or property management preferred but not required if the following qualifications are met
- Experience dealing with customers in a high volume environment with a tailored, empathetic approach PLUS
- Not afraid of sales activities (most of this is account management and following up on referrals, but if you’re afraid of making cold calls sometimes, this may not be a great match) PLUS
- Experience successfully coordinating multiple moving parts in a position PLUS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as
- Fine with working M-F 8-5
- Fine with working 3 days in office in Belton
- Fine with 2 days traveling around locally in a company vehicle (very local travel)
