Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all software products
- Build relationships, manage communication, and coordinate contracts with vendors
- Facilitate trainings and answer user questions
- Create and post content for organization webpages and social media platforms
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Partner with the organization’s leadership team and Board of Directors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in technology; quick to learn new software
- Training experience preferred
- Experience managing social media and websites
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional customer service and support skills
Benefits & Compensation:
- $60,000 – $70,000
