Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the dealership’s sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of client experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, and motivating the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, strategies, and provide guidance for achieving sales goals.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff, ensuring they possess the necessary product knowledge and sales skills to excel in their roles.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure proper merchandising, and oversee pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Work on process improvement initiatives with a continuous improvement focus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within retail, or a B2C environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working Saturdays, with a corresponding day off the following week. No Sundays required.
