Shellie Haroski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, RCC

Senior HR Consultant

Shellie joined FGP’s Consulting Division in 2010 and has over 25 years of solutions-oriented HR experience. Her areas of expertise include employee engagement surveys, organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, HR best practices and legal and regulatory compliance.

Shellie brings wide experience across a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, non-profit, local government, financial and professional services. Working directly with and for senior leadership teams, Shellie has designed and implemented various client projects to include HR compliance audits, job analysis, recruiting, hiring, onboarding and retention strategies. In addition to providing consulting support, Shellie is committed to helping companies develop initiatives to support their mission and ensure positive cultural and employee relations. Shellie is a recipient of the FGP Great Person of the Year award, given annually to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of one individual.

Prior to joining FGP, Shellie served as an HR Manager for companies responsible for talent selection and development, compensation and employee engagement. Shellie received a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a double concentration in management and finance. She received her SPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and her SPHR-SPC from SHRM. Shellie also received her Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation in 2018.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

Basketball! Specifically college basketball – GO TARHEELS!

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

I went to Hawaii for high school graduation with my Mom. It was an amazing experience, and I would love to go back with my family.

What makes you laugh the most?

My children. Living with 3 girls, a teenager and twins, there is always something to keep us laughing.
