Our client, a real estate developer in Greenville is looking for a Personal Executive Assistant/Business Support Manager to come alongside him in business coordination managing his schedule.

- Support the overall business operations and enhance the customer experience across all brand concepts.
- Manage all communications, including email, direct interactions, and customer support for the various business units.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and corporate teams.
- Provide strategic administrative assistance for brand initiatives and projects.
- Organize, lead, and document weekly meetings.
- Offer insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to address business challenges and support the achievement of company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage both personal and professional calendars and affairs.
- This role requires approximately 20% travel to locations including Spartanburg, Charlotte, and Atlanta.
- Run errands across town as needed – both personal and business
- Help support social media
- 5-8 years of experience in a management role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong ability to analyze business requirements, create action plans, and resolve discrepancies.
- Comfortable working independently and adapting priorities based on changing circumstances.
- Able to perform under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
- Self-driven with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
