A well-established client in Columbia, SC is looking to add a Program Assistant to their team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable, and comfortable taking on large team projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of referral via inbound telephone calls and/or lead emails.
- Follow authorize communication “scripts” for scheduling eligibility evaluation appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service to the public and to the internal customer by working effectively with office staff
- Demonstrate positive, cooperative and professional relationships and customer service with staff, co-workers, customers, providers, administrators, the public, and all stakeholder
- Process a minimum average of 25 referrals per day.
- Must maintain a professional attitude and standards at all times
- Must maintain a familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet browsers
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Must be able to handle and prioritize many tasks simultaneously
- Must be detail oriented and be able to take initiative

- Weekly pay during contract period with FGP
- $15/hour
- Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Ability to earn a Hybrid Schedule after 6 months
