Do you have experience working with mortgage loans or loan documents? We are looking for 3 fully remote Mortgage Servicing Specialists to join a team for a long term temporary opportunity to assist with 2024 Hurricane Claims Assistance. The ideal candidate will be located on the east coast and have a general knowledge of loan servicing.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with flexibility)
Qualifications
- Customer Service and data entry experience
- General knowledge of loans (mortgage is ideal)
- Previous experience dealing with insurance related claims
- Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls
Compensation
- $20/hr – $25/hr
