Nicole serves as an Executive Search Consultant in our Greenville Office. With a robust background in engineering, she specializes in Manufacturing and Engineering roles. Her hands-on experience in the industry allows her to offer invaluable insights to her team, clients, and candidates. She is dedicated to ensuring a great fit for every role she works, helping all parties find growth and success.

Prior to joining the FGP team, Nicole worked as a Process Improvement Engineer in a large textile manufacturing location for 10 years. She also led a team of 15+ Engineers and led major projects for the division resulting in exponential savings and improvements.

What do you love to do outside of work? 

I love to spend time outdoors with my family. We have recently found our love for camping and enjoy going every chance we get.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishments and blessings are my husband and two kids. I married the love of my life, and we are raising our two beautiful children (Sadie, 7 and Coleman, 9).

What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

My husband and I went sky diving for our first wedding anniversary. What a way to celebrate!
