Find Great People is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionist for a client in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a blend of communication skills, organizational abilities, and familiarity with medical office procedures. This opportunity is full-time, pays $13hr, and is temp-to-hire.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and files.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Process patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and medical forms.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with coding practices and computerized systems is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse patient populations is essential.

Compensation & Benefits
