A real estate organization in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Manager of MLS & Technology with strong technology and marketing skills. In this position, you’ll manage all Multiple Listing Services (MLS) platforms and listings. This involves frequent communication with real estate agents, vendors, and the organization’s board of directors. Real estate experience is not required but may be helpful. This is a permanent position with a full-time, 100% onsite schedule.

- Serve as the subject matter expert for all Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and supporting software products
- Build relationships, manage communication, and coordinate contracts with MLS vendors
- Facilitate MLS trainings and answer questions for real estate agents
- Create and post content for organization webpages and social media platforms
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Partner with the organization’s leadership team and Board of Directors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in technology; quick to learn new software
- Real estate industry experience preferred but not required
- Experience managing social media and websites
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional customer service and support skills
