Donny serves as an IT Recruiter in our Greenville office. With over 7 years of experience & relationships in the recruiting industry, he works diligently to staff the technical needs of our clients on a contract & direct hire basis. His favorite parts of the recruiting life cycle are the beginning – sourcing for the right candidates – and the end – presenting & negotiating offers.

Prior to joining FGP, Donny worked with a local staffing agency before working with two California-based firms, focusing on data science and other technical needs. He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University.

The Mountain is You by Brianna Wiest. It was a great read about how to understand and transform self-sabotaging habits. One of the Top 5 books I’ve read!

What motivates you to work hard?

My two sons, Chase (8) & Brice (3)!

International: Jamaica, Domestic: Los Angeles. Would Like to Go: Egypt
