Day to Day:
  • Install, configure, and test all applications.
  • Troubleshoot and support end users as needed.
  • Test and deploy applications, updates, and patches.
  • Support escalated application issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Required Skill Set:
  • 5+ years of legal application analysis experience
  • DMS experience (NetDocuments preferred)
  • Experience with Intapp
  • Accounting System experience (Aderant preferred)
  • Docketing Application experience
  • CRM Application experience
  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
