In 1982, we started out as an executive search firm specializing in the textile industry. We had a handful of clients and a simple goal: to be the best at recruiting in a niche area. As the market evolved, so did we, adding to our service offerings as needs arose. We rebranded to Find Great People in 2003 and expanded our talent solution capabilities into temporary staffing services.
As we continued to grow, our clients asked us to play a bigger role in their people & culture strategy and offer more than just executive search and staffing services. In 2005, a large client wanted our help with an outplacement project. With a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, we found a way to meet their needs, resulting in the creation of our career transition services. Then, in 2007, recognizing great companies are sustained through retaining and growing people, we acquired Align HR to complete our service offerings of talent solutions across the entire employee life cycle.
Today, we are a nationally recognized recruiting and HR Consulting firm, with offices in Greenville, Columbia, & Charleston, SC, and a presence in Nashville, TN. We have been named a Best Place to Work for 13 years and a Forbes Best Recuriting firm for 7 consecutive years. We enrich lives by helping thousands of people each year find new jobs and hundreds of clients build great companies through our executive search, staffing, and HR Consulting services.
