Find Great People (FGP) announced that the Greenville-based recruiting and HR consulting firm will relocate its headquarters to the former Greenville News building within the Camperdown Plaza in downtown Greenville. The company is anticipated to move into the new location by the summer of 2025.
“The Greenville News has been a landmark in our community for decades, and we are grateful for the opportunity to move into this cornerstone building. The Camperdown Plaza has become a vibrant hub, and we are excited about the opportunity to be in the heart of our city. This move will provide an enhanced experience for our clients and employees, as well as future opportunities to positively impact our community,” said John Uprichard, CEO.
FGP has served as a strategic partner in the Greenville community for more than 20 years, remaining rooted in its mission to “find great people to build great companies.” Relocating to downtown Greenville will amplify this purpose and continue driving growth for the community. Moving to the central business district of Downtown Greenville is a strategic move designed to facilitate growth – not only for FGP but for the many thriving businesses and organizations across the city.
The building was previously owned by CAP Camperdown Greenville News LLC and was sold to 32EBroadStreet LLC. on June 27, 2024. The building consists of approximately 35,000 square feet of Class A Office and features Larkin’s Restaurant on the Camperdown Plaza. Greenville News, part of Gannett Co., Inc. and the USA Today Network, will continue to occupy a portion of office space in the building through the summer of 2025.
The new ownership entity will be managed by The Furman Co. Investment Advisory Services. Steve Navarro, President of Furman said, “This is a trophy property located at the epicenter of downtown Greenville. We are proud to take ownership and look forward to repositioning the building with exceptional occupants.”
