Eleanor has a proven background in organizational development, board advisory and governance, systems thinking and design, succession, executive search, and leadership coaching. Whether working with board leadership, executives or team members, she has demonstrated the ability to build relationships that transcend any given project while delivering high impact results.

A Greenville, South Carolina native, Eleanor is a Liberty Fellow, a Hull Fellow, and a Creating Healthier Communities Fellow. As an executive, consultant, and volunteer, she has worked with hundreds of leaders throughout the southeast and as an industry expert at national convenings and conferences.
Prior to joining FGP, Eleanor was the Chief Impact Officer of The Graham Foundation in Greenville, SC. She earned an MPH from the University of South Carolina and a BA from Clemson University. Eleanor is an outdoors enthusiast, enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteers her time on state and local non-profit boards.
