Find Great People (FGP) has been recognized as a South Carolina Best Places to Work for a 10th time, and 8th consecutive year. In a time when employee care and company culture is most important, FGP has continued to demonstrate their ability to put their people first.
In-light of the COVID-19 pandemic the Best Places organization added a ‘Work at Home’ survey to acknowledge the changing work environment during 2020. Of those who responded, 98% agreed that FGP responded to the COVID-19 outbreak in a timely manner, with 100% indicating FGP responded in a way that demonstrated care for its employees’ well-being.
“We are grateful to receive this recognition and proud of the culture we have created at FGP. Like many businesses, FGP has faced additional challenges with COVID-19, and have been able to sustain a positive workplace culture despite the pandemic. Our people are what makes our company great.
